Smart Recovery UK

Smart Recovery UK works to help people recover from addictive behaviour and lead meaningful and satisfying lives. Their approach is secular and science based; using motivational, behavioural and cognitive methods.
Smart Recovery UK describes their approach as relaxed group sessions teaching self empowerment and self reliance. Their work is based on current self help theory, concentrating on what to do in order to achieve a positive lifestyle change.

Self-management & Recovery training may be for you if you want help with addictive behavior, to take control of your own recovery with a simple, common sense approach, using scientifically proven tools and techniques, in a supportive structured group.
