Connexions West of England

Connexions is a youth service for young people 11 - 19. It has been set up to offer every young person, whatever their circumstances, access to the best possible support and information to ensure a smooth transition to adulthood, citizenship and working life. Lots of organisations that support young people will be working together under the banner of connexions.
