Bristol Hearing Voices Network
Hearing Voices groups are typically a number of people who share the experience of hearing voices, coming together to help and support each other. They exchange information and learn from each other. They share the same problems and may have similar life situations. This group aims to understand voice-hearing and intrusive thoughts through sharing experiences. They aim to build self confidence, feel balanced, overcome confusion, share coping strategies, fine companionship, and think positively.
Every Tuesday 3pm - 4.30pm at Bristol Mind.
