Assertive Outreach Teams: Bristol South

Second Step covering Bristol South - Assertive Outreach teams provide treatment and support, to people with on-going mental health problems who may have found it difficult to engage with other services in the past.

The Second Step service provides housing related floating support within the Assertive Outreach structure.

All referrals to Assertive Outreach are made by the AWP, and it is not possible to self-refer to this service.
