Signposting and Information

We signpost callers to other local services and can also provide information by post, over the phone or by email on different mental health topics.

There is an A-Z of information on the national Mind website where  information can be downloaded by individuals free of charge.

We can supply many of the national Mind leaflets free to individuals and at cost to organisations (usually 60p per leaflet as we purchase these in bulk).
